Rhino 660 Velocity Intake Systems

            2004-2007 Aftermarket FCR Carburetor Kit

+4.3HP at 25mph Replaces factory airbox with a mandrel bent and ultra-light aluminum 2.5 inch intake tube. Velocity Stack reducer at throttle body. Not intended for use in extremely wet riding conditions, water repellant Outerwears, K&N filter and crankcase breather included!

This intake kit is intended for use with an aftermarket FCR carb with 2.25 inch intake bell.

Increases intake velocity for max power at high RPM's with a noticeable increase in bottom end torque. Why? The stock airbox can impair airflow at high RPM while at low RPM the stock intake snorkel can collapse when you jump on the throttle with 660+cc's.  For that reason this intake really kicks up the throttle response and power at low-mid RPM.

And you will feel the mid-high RPM power increase when you completely un-restrict your Rhino’s carb, the open intake lets the motor rev freely to the rev/speed limiter. Works best with full performance exhaust system!

Intake tube starts with a mandrel bent 6061 T6 aluminum tubing; a welded bracket bolts intake using a shifter mounting point. Mounting tab on intake tube located the K&N crankcase breather. The stock CV carb intake has a hole and rubber grommet on the intake for attaching the carb’s slide vacuum hose. Polished finish can be hand rubbed to a mirror shine.
